Presentation skills tell if you can represent a specific topic with beautiful speech along with correct data, so that people will listen to you. On the other hand, public speaking tests your speaking skill, showing how you can associate with and address your audience so that they are benefiting and hooked to your message.
The workshop showed attendees practical ways for becoming a better presenter and public speaker, focusing on basics such as studying great public speakers, relaxing body language, practicing voice and breath control, preparing talk points, knowing the audience, adding visual aids, and rehearsing.
During the workshop, the seven elements in the communication process that apply to speech were detailed, namely: the speaker, the listener, the message, the channel, the interference, the feedback, and the situation.
QMS Engineers’ Managing Director who personally provided this workshop, since she believes in empowering people through learning, wished attendees all the best in spreading Virtuous leadership through good presentation and public speaking skills acquired.
